For the development work, we strive to reduce disaster risk in the northern state of Bihar. Besides, in the northeastern state of Manipur, where tribal tensions are prevalent, we build local communities, including church and civil society leaders, working towards constructive co-existence and mitigating conflicts through trauma healing, authentic dialogue, and peace advocacy.
